SugarDaddie.com is not the worst dating site for older men looking to meet younger women, let’s just get that out of the way. There are way worse sites that are more obviously scams and give you less for your money. The problem is, SugarDaddie.com just isn’t very good.
It’s a decent enough site, but it was obviously put together by someone who looked at other dating websites and thought, “I should make a site where older men can meet younger women, but without ANY of the features on those other websites!”
Then he probably patted himself on the back on a job well done and drank an entire bottle of whiskey with a straw, because he’s obviously a total lunatic.
The point is, you basically have the option to email a girl, or…nope, that’s it. You can basically just email her, so if you’re looking to put out feelers beforehand, you’re totally out of luck.
This is fine on our end, because we prefer to send emails rather than chats and flirts anyway. The problem is that when these younger women get nervous about contacting an accomplished older man but like what they see, they like to send out little icebreakers first.
Then you can respond to them with your confident email. Check out our guide to interacting with sugar babies for more tips on how to come off confident in your emails.
Results From SugarDaddie.com: Our Experience With SugarDaddie.com
We sent 50 emails at SugarDaddie.com, partially because it’s hard to tell on this website how long it’s been since a girl has been online. We only got a reply to about one third of the emails we sent out, which is still a pretty good percentage for most guys (just not for us).
Of those 15, we set up dates with 10 of them, but only two actually bothered to show up. The frustrating thing was that the girls had obviously come to haggle terms instead of actually meeting, and the meetings were a lot more like business transactions than dates.
We only wound up closing the deal only once out of the two dates we had! Don’t feel bad for us, we got over it with some much hotter girls, but be warned that SugarDaddie.com is not a great website to use if you’re looking to just hook up with younger women.
Why SugarDaddie.com Is Not Worth Joining: Is SugarDaddie.com a Scam?
SugarDaddie.com is….simple. Really simple. It’s simple enough that it kind of feels like it was put together for idiots.
For example, there’s only one kind of membership. That’s fine, and pretty uncomplicated. But the website reminds us over and over again that there’s only one kind of membership, so we won’t get confused.
Know what? We’re not that easily confused.
Another example is how few features there are. Want to send a chat or a flirt? Too bad! You can send an email, but don’t expect a response very quickly, or at all, which brings us to another flaw with this site…
Where are all the women?
It looks like most of the women on SugarDaddie.com have moved on to greener pastures. Most of the profiles we browsed weren’t active for the last few years! This wouldn’t be much of a problem on better sites like EstablishedMen, where you can search only currently active members, but SugarDaddie.com is very committed to providing its customers with as few features as possible, including a “streamlined” (i.e. useless) search filtering option.
SugarDaddie.com Review: Should You Try SugarDaddie.com
We guess you can try SugarDaddie.com if you really WANT to, for some reason…though it seems like a kind of dumb idea. There are much better websites out there for the same money, and they have way hotter girls that are much more willing to do what you say.
This is definitely one of those sites where girls get on looking for a man to literally pay them for their company. This is especially unfortunate, because a lot of the girls on this website couldn’t get a date on Friday night if their lives depended on it.
Save your money and try out our #1 pick, EstablishedMen, instead.
