There’s a pretty good phrase to live by for websites: if it’s supposed to be designed for rich people, it shouldn’t look like it was designed by a starving grad student.
Then again, “grad student” gives this site too much credit. Bright red type on gray text is almost impossible to see and hurts the eyes, which makes us wonder immediately whether the women are any better.
One of our biggest pet peeves in looking at websites is when they don’t give you a chance to browse through the available women (or men, whatever) in your area before signing up. RichOrBeautiful.com is one of those websites, that requires you to be a member before even seeing if there’s anyone on the website in your area.
Here’s a tip: there probably isn’t anyone good you want to meet in your area. Most of the girls on RichOrBeautiful.com are located in only a couple major metropolitan areas, with very little wiggle room.
This site refuses to disclose the number of members.
A good dating website always wants everyone to know how many people are signed up. For example, our top pick, EstablishedMen, has over 1.3 million members. They’re proud of that, and want everyone to know what a good chance they stand of meeting the kind of person they want on the website.
RichOrBeautiful.com, on the other hand, has very few options for sugar daddies and sugar babies, and wants to keep you from knowing that for as long as possible.
When we first went to the website, it said, “Over 500+ local profiles in your area!”
Once we signed up, however, that number dropped to a pretty pathetic 12.
Results From RichOrBeautiful.com: Our Experience With RichOrBeautiful.com
At least most of the girls we found in our area were worth looking at. There isn’t a shortage of beauty, but most of the girls are a little acidic for our taste. We heard back from eight of the 50 girls we contacted, but only wanted to set up dates with two.
(In case you’re not sure, two dates out of all the girls in our area? Not a good ratio.)
The billing process is pretty skeezy, too. We caught the website RichOrBeautiful.com trying to add a lot of random charges to our membership bill. We contacted billing services, but they were pretty hard to get hold of, and mainly just gave us the runaround.
If you’re looking for a website that will charge you without your consent for services you don’t want, this is definitely it.
Why RichOrBeautiful.com Is Not Worth Joining: Is RichOrBeautiful.com a Scam?
When you’re making a list of all the things you want in a sugar baby, what’s number one?
Is it that you want her to be a mom?
Yeah, we don’t want that either. But for some reason, over half of the girls we found on RichOrBeautiful.com had kids already. We’re not sure if that’s a sign that the girls they’re getting on here are too old, or that they’re young and willing to put out. Either way, it’s not really high on our list of preferences.
The other weird thing about this website is that they constantly try to charge for services we don’t want, like Millionaire Verification, but no one seems to take them up on it. Most of the girls don’t have profile pictures, and the ones that do are tiny and bad quality.
The girls we emailed seemed shocked that a real man would be on a website like this. Yeah, after this experience, we’re shocked too.
RichOrBeautiful.com Review: Should You Try RichOrBeautiful.com
Leave this dumb hellhole of a website alone. Get a better website, like EstablishedMen, which actually knows how to set successful older men up with young, attractive women. Then you can skip all the bullshit of a website that tries to charge you fraudulently for almost everything and get right to hooking up with hot younger women.
